A great man lost his battle with cystic fibrosis and the red devil we call Medicaid.  Allan will not soon be forgotten.  As our grief turns to anger, let us not have let him died in vain.  If anyone, anywhere, has ideas on how to change the system, then please share them.  I don't care how ridiculous or outrageous they sound.  If you think it's viable, share it.
